Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in any course offered by DMTI SOFTPRO
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Student,” “You,” or “Your”) and DMTI SOFTPRO (“Institute,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), a training institute incorporated under the laws of India. By enrolling in any course, program, or service offered by the Institute, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all courses, including but not limited to AI training programs, weekend sessions, online classes, and any other educational services provided by DMTI SOFTPRO.
2. Course Enrollment and Registration
2.1. Enrollment in any course is subject to availability and the Institute’s discretion. The Institute reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to insufficient enrollment or other operational reasons.
2.2. Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
2.3. The Institute reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, duration, or instructors at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3. Attendance Policy and Student Responsibilities
3.1. Non-Attendance Disclaimer: THE INSTITUTE SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM A STUDENT’S FAILURE TO ATTEND SCHEDULED CLASSES, SESSIONS, OR TRAINING PROGRAMS. Students are solely responsible for their attendance and participation in all course activities.
3.2. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually and participate actively in course activities. Regular attendance is essential for successful completion of the program.
3.3. The Institute does not guarantee make-up sessions for missed classes due to student absence, regardless of the reason for absence.
3.4. Students who fail to attend classes regularly may be considered withdrawn from the program at the Institute’s discretion.
4. Illness and Medical Emergencies
4.1. In the event of illness or medical emergency that prevents a student from attending classes, the student may request to join a future batch of the same course, subject to availability.
4.2. Such requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate medical documentation within 7 days of the commencement of illness or medical emergency.
4.3. The Institute’s decision to accommodate such requests is entirely discretionary and subject to seat availability in future batches.
4.4. No additional fees will be charged for transferring to a future batch due to documented medical reasons, but no refund will be provided for the original enrollment.
5. Payment Terms and Conditions
5.1. All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course unless otherwise specified in writing by the Institute.
5.2. Payment methods accepted include online transfers, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified by the Institute.
5.3. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian tax laws.
5.4. The Institute reserves the right to revise fees for future courses without prior notice.
6. Refund Policy
6.1. NO REFUND POLICY: ONCE FEES ARE PAID TO THE INSTITUTE, THEY ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. This includes but is not limited to:
- • Student’s inability to attend classes
- • Change in student’s personal circumstances
- • Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery
- • Technical difficulties on the student’s end
- • Course cancellation by the Institute
- • Force majeure events
- • Any other reason not explicitly covered in these Terms
6.2. Students acknowledge and agree that by making payment, they waive any and all rights to claim refunds from the Institute.
6.3. In the event of course cancellation by the Institute, students may be offered enrollment in an alternative course or future batch, but no monetary refund will be provided.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, videos, handouts, assignments, and digital content, are the exclusive property of DMTI SOFTPRO.
7.2. Students are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing course materials without prior written consent from the Institute.
7.3. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of enrollment and legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Institute provides educational services on an “as-is” basis and makes no warranties regarding employment opportunities, salary increments, or career advancement following course completion.
8.2. The Institute’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the total fees paid by the student.
8.3. The Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
9. Student Code of Conduct
9.1. Students must maintain professional behavior and respect towards instructors and fellow students.
9.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination without refund.
9.3. Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and access codes.
10. Force Majeure
10.1. The Institute shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
10.2. In such events, the Institute may reschedule courses or provide alternative delivery methods without liability for refunds.
11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
11.1. Jurisdiction: ANY AND ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS IN MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA, INDIA.
11.2. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.3. Students hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai for any legal proceedings related to these Terms.
12. Modifications and Updates
12.1. The Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the Institute’s website.
12.2. Continued enrollment or participation in courses after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
BY ENROLLING IN ANY COURSE OFFERED BY DMTI SOFTPRO, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
Effective Date: These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of enrollment and shall remain in effect until completion of the course or termination of the student’s enrollment.
